Assembling

  • ＜Trammel Nets＞
    Two or three layer trammel nets can be customised and produced according to our customers requests.

  • ＜Ready Made Nets＞
    To reduce your workload, we can customise the product according to your needs. As an example, we can provide the ready made trammel nets putting inner nets and outer nets together to shorten assembling time. Or we put float ropes and sinker rope on the nets with hanging ratio at our factory.

  • ＜Pipe Kits＞
    We have developed a kit which greatly simplifies the assembly process, drastically reducing the assembly workload.

Knitting

  • ＜S/K (Single Knot)＞
    Knots widely used in PE (polyethylene) nets.

  • ＜D/K (Double knot)＞
    The most common (standard) knot in gillnets.

  • ＜Z/K (Z knot)＞
    Relatively small knots that can avoid slipped knots.

  • ＜T/K (Triple knot)＞
    Momoi’s original string knot that prevents slipped knots.

Types of Netting

    ■MO (Standard Yarn) Yarn with excellent cost performance combining low price and high performance.
    ■MS (Flexible Yarn) Well balanced flexible yarn that combines strength and flexibility.
    ■M1 (Strong Yarn) Momoi’s own high tenacity custom yarn, developed with strength and durability.

    We have three types of yarn: Standard, Flexible, and Strong.

  • ＜Multi-Monofilament (Mono Twist) Netting＞
    ■0.5G/1.5G/2.0G Mono twist nets of various sizes are available.

  • ＜Nylon Multifilament Netting＞
    ■We supply 7F/24F high quality nylon multifilament nets worldwide.

Knotless Netting

A knotless net suitable for purse seine and set nets.

Features include:
■ Knotless design, minimises damage to fish,
■ Fast sinking due to the absence of knots,
■ Less susceptible to currents,
■ Reduced bulkiness of nets,

Making it possible to do things that can not be achieved with nets made with knots, depending on the fishing method and application.

Monkey Repellent Nets

    The netting is made in the shape of a lace curtain, so that when a monkey touches it, the netting on either side closes together.

    By braiding a single line, it is far more flexible than monofilament of a similar size and has the same strength.
