to manufacture and sell twist yarn for fishing net under private
management. |

Chugoku Fishing Net
Mfg. Co., Ltd. is established with capital of 1.0 million. With
the head office established at 760, Nakahirocho, Ako city, the
company begins to manufacture and sell fishing net. |
| 1947 |
Capital is increased
to 30 million. Company name is changed to Momoi Fishing Net
Mfg. Co., Ltd. State-owned land at 1576, Nakahiro, Ako city is
sold to the company by the Ministry of Finance and the company
begins to construct new plant. The company opens Tokyo Office. |
| 1951 |
Synthetic fibers are
adopted as materials for fishing nets. |
| 1952 |
Capital is increased
to 50 million. The present Head Office Plant is completed. |
| 1955 |
Hakodate Office and
Finishing plant are constructed. |
